To start with,much of Israel's nuclear capabilities is unknown even to their main ally-US.They've never publicly admitted to owning nukes but the whole world knows about it.

From the little reports made public,leaked one way or the other,their nukes are no child's play plus Israel produces very effective defence systems and weapons,it would be wrong to think they'll fail in producing a very powerful ICBM that can favourably compete with Russian nukes.

Israel is not in any way bothered about ISIS because to a large extent ISIS is a necessary evil that continues to push the sectarian divide in the middle-east between Sunnis and Shiites. Iran by the way is Shiite and alongside the Syrian Shiite regime sponsored Hezbollah in Lebanon to target Israel in the past. Hamas on the other hand is a Sunni backed by Saudi Arabia.

It even gets more complicated, when we see Israel offering intel and training to Saudi led Sunni coalition in Yemen against the Houthi Shiite rebels backed by Iran.
