At least they weren't walking and eating. Nothing is wrong with eating what you want in the public, but its very wrong to eat while walking; at least from the picture its shows he was actually in motion while eating.

all I have to say is that we blacks need to end this present day slavery of our intellect believing that whatever a white man does is right and whatever a black man does is wrong or that whatever a black man do is only considered to be right only when you find another white man of the same status doing the same. The black race will never lead the world with this mentality hence we need to change our orientation and believe we are also intelligent beings.

It is good etiquette to eat your food along the roads in Kaduna State.. Eating your rice and beans from your food-flask while trekking to work is so much acceptable over there..
So, it is nothing absurd to see a governor eating sugar-cane along the road and spitting out the chaff on the road.. (Unless he has a waterproof bag that he was spitting the chaff into so as not to litter the roads)
