it's better for someone to admit his problems other than using common errors which inevitably happens to every one to deviate from his real problems. GOD help us anyway.

When first I started I could hardly do ten pressups, that inspired me to persevere and push for more. I kept going doing my ten everyday till I learned to do fifty at a stretch in my first month. It was not easy as body aches made it a gruelling effort.

With time my body got stronger and I could do more. I could start an exercise routine with many as 70 pushups at a go non-stop.
I now do 2,000 daily(a year from when I started). You too like me can feel your best investing in your health - my chest is broader, my back is bigger, my shoulders are built like cement blocks, appetite increased a little and females always admire me, losing their senses when I walk past. I don't need to say a word as my body and hard work speaks for itself.
