Good to know that she is the best that happen to you, since your sojourn with the Igbos, have you been physically attacked? Igbos are nwata n'acho nke ya, we are peaceful people that holds the sanctity of human life dear. We deserve more than what we are getting. Just check out all the geopolitical zones, Its only the southeast that has 95 LGAs, least senators, least governors, least local govt chairmen, least house of rep members, least ministers, least allocation, if not for the dodgednes of the Igbos, our states would have been like a war torn states

You are right. I put the blame on the SE leaders. They need to put their foot down and insist on addressing this imbalance. Well I wish everyone all the best in our separate or collective pursuit.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay-Jay_Okocha

Yea, Chukwuma Nzeogwu and Okonjo Iweala are from Delta state too.

I guess you have been living under the rock, not to know that Ndiigbo are indigenous to Delta state, and that Delta state is not an Ethnic group.

Trash.

Kanu Nwankwor, Jay Jay Okocha, Mikel Obi remain the holy trinity!

Who is Yekini? Local champion when Emmanuel Amunike was busy playing with Ronaldo delima at Barcelona.

Mutiu adepoju? Say what? Is that a name of a person, animal, place or thing? *grins*

Nigerian team that won the 2012 AFCON, Mikel Obi, Emenike, Mba and Enyeama were the key men, That's 3/4 for Ndiigbo.

Currently, Iheanacho is Nigeria's brightest prospect, and even in the just concluded U17 world cup, Kelechi Nwakali and not Osimhen was the MVP, he is the numero uno, just like Iheanacho is, and likely to be the one to go farther in future, just as Iheanacho had eclipsed the Oduanistan Awoniyi and the Edoid Isaac success.

If you are waiting for Okocha to deny his Igbo identity, then you are on a long thing. Okocha is an Enu ani man, not an Ika or Ukwuani. Enu ani people are violently Igbotic *grins, they don't joke with their Igbo identity.

grin grin grin grin grin grin E pain am. The truth is bitter in this one. grin grin grin grin grin grin

Your comment is pathetic, what did odegbami and yekini won that Mikel did not win? Mikel is greated than them put together. Recognise ko decognise ni

OF course you are right Mikel is greater Than them because he has won more trophies, Right? Kids of today sef. Going by your pathetic logic Mikel is greater than Steven Gerrard too, and I can also conclude that John O'shea is a better player than Jayjay Okocha.

May envy not drown you in Jesus name!

IGBOS have been outstanding in football both clubwise (home and away) and national team wise. It used to be rangers fc, now is enyimba fc, currently the most successful Nigerian clubside. Pele's compiled list of football all time legends has an Igbo (okocha) there repping. KANU is among Arsenals legends.

BBC African footballer of the year was won twice by an Igbo man. CAF African footballer of the year by KANU (twice!) and Amuneke (once).

IGBOS were the most paraded in the '94 squad ( 5th best team in the world at a time)

Go to team USA today and see IGBOS playing for them!

Most A-list team players are mainly IGBOS at all levels and category as well as historically.

Guy, go and die if you dey vex...

Not only in football ..igbos better in every thing in nigeria . Education business and trading movies industries just every though politically subdued due to civil war but prior to civil war dominated political space in nigeria. Igbos are just goal getters

SMH for you......... I don't give a ratass which tribe a footballer is from as long as he is good play him! The EDO DESPITE BEING A SMALL TRIBE HAVE CONTRIBUTED A LOT to Nigerian football Nwankwo is Nigeria's best ever Footballer and he is Igbo followed by Rashidi Yekini whose record is still standing strong, Segun Odegbami was the player Nwankwo Kanu hoped to be like for Nigeria, Jayjay Okocha was a phenomenum (and he is from Delta state because you Igbos deny them most of the time), Sunday Oliseh was something else, Vincent Enyeama, and Peter Rufai have laid the bench mark for goal keeping in Nigeria, Mutiu Adepoju the Headmaster, Nigeria have been unable to replace BABAYARO, Christian Chukwu and Taribo West were defensive pillars. To me The current Eagles are thrash without apology even the Nations Cup winning team included

Aderonke Bello, an associate editor with Naij.com and a sports blogger, draws public attention to the dominance of Igbo footbal players in the Nigerian national teams. Aderonke names the reasons for this tribe’s love of football and explains why some football scouts prefer to engage a player from the Igbo tribe over any other tribe.

all this grammar na because Yoruba De discourage youth in sports and Hausa youth are just unfortunately ignorant of such opportunities

So Mikel sitting on the Chelsea bench is an accomplishment? Ha just wait in 5 years and you'll see the players that break out into the world stage.

No homo, but Yoruba guys seem more masculine than Igbo guys. The most muscular footballer ever is Yoruba. Plus, many Yoruba guys are stocky and strong lineman in the NFL.

This is Joke right??

You know that can never ever be possible

When it comes to masculinity and strength you can't compare yoruba people to igbo people weither male or female

Igbo people on average are one of the most masculine of Africans
They are by far the most masculine of any group within Nigeria
Only their close relatives like the Efik, ibibio, izon etc comes to them in this regard

There is a reason the evil slave trader kept stealing people from their part
