The lawyer accepted to file criminal complaint against Buhari at the ICC.Sluiter had expressed his conviction that enough evidence existed to have Buhari prosecuted.

He concluded that the people of Biafra have been victims of crime within the jurisdiction of the ICC and that President Buhari had played essential roles in these crimes. Get your facts right. The ijaws are the 4th largest ethnic group in Nigeria. This makes ijaw the largest ethnicity in the SS. The urhobos are the 5th largest ethic group group in Nigeria and the 2nd largest in the SS after ijaw.
