This is the most difficult phase of any war against terrorism. Even the most sophisticated militaries in the world can hardly do anything when the enemies disguise, slip into large civilian population and then blow themselves up. Even the almighty world powers such as the USA were never able to complete/win this phase of the war before they ran away from Iraq and Afghanistan.

For all those calling on Buhari's name, you are wasting your time; this phase of the war is beyond any kind of military sophistication or leadership prowess. Only God can help us now.
