my bro. Don't get it twisted. We are not talking of morals here. D fact remains dat what he did was wrong. But under d law, he has done no wrong.
Haha, if he did not commit a commit any crime under the law, qhy is he running? It is the guilty who runs.
On another note, I am very amazed and happy at ur response. I had expected a strong attack from you. I have so much respect for you for this. It is not like what I usually encounter on this forum...

(Lil kesh's voice) "maye ti sowo sinu account mo ti fe turn up joor. Oya efejoku ni o efe efejoku ni o skibo" but jokes apart, dis mata shady gan. Since when cbn don dey pay money enta person account? Dem no b commercial bank. Secondly dem no fit "mistakenly" send dt kind big money go wrong account. Even ordinary 200k my papa give me 2 pay my broda skul fees, c d way I dey cross check, double check, over check even ask customer care 2 verify. Thirdly even if mistake dey, dem 4 don discover am b4 d day's end when dem dey balance their account (say d account name & number no tally). Fourthly, person no fit just withdraw 45m over counter lyk dt. 2 use atm go take person 225 consecutive days (200k daily limit). D kind interrogation person go face 4 typical bank b4 u go fit withdraw dt money @ once. In fact dem go tell u say dem dey obligated 2 report d transaction 2 cbn in line wt money laundering act. Dem go torchlight d financial history of ur account. If dt kind cash no dey enta ur account on a regular basis, dem go codedly don dey contact dem efcc icpc on top ur Mata. Wetin methinks b say maybe cbn dey in cahoots with d bank 2 dey use people dormant account dey stash & launder diverted funds bt dem 4get 2 disable d credit & debit alert. Maybe dem don dey do am since d sharp guy dey observe quietly. Finally d guy go withdraw d money & since money don dey move steadily in & out of D account, no red flags were raised. Anoda xplanatn is dt maybe d guy was intentionally offering his account 2 b used 4 money laundering ie he was a front man bt he got greedy & ran with the money.... because dis their explanation no dey plausible @ all.

Whatever that is in the land belongs to the owner of the land therefore, this isn't stealing at all. The money was mistakenly credited to his account and he mistakenly withdrew the money thinking that it was his own.

Shame on you. And if you were the owner of the bank nko? Or you were the staff who made the mistake nko? Or you were the person who was waiting to be credited and didn't get the alert after executing a contract nko? Or you were the one from whose account the money was withdrawn nko? Bro, relax God go do your own, blessing wey go reach you, wey go do you, wey you go dey proud of, In Jesus name.
As for me, I can NEVER take the money- it's not right and other people would suffer too much!

I personally don't think cbn could make dis kind mistake, nd they waited until d man cash out all d money. It shows there is a shody deals here, anyway that's part of the man's national cake.
