• He’s not around on special occasions

This is one of the most glaring signs you are a side chick to your man. Special occasions like Valentine, Christmas, and Thanksgiving amongst others are meant to be spent with loved ones. They are days when you take a break from your busy schedule and have fun times. Since it’s a holiday, he has no work excuses to give to the number one woman, so he has no choice but to be with her. He comes up with some lame excuse to you that he won’t be around.

• You haven’t met his family

When a man is serious with a woman, he introduces her to the people who matter in his life and that include his family. He’d want them to meet you and get to know you because both of you share something special and stand the chance of being together for the long haul. • He gets angry when you pick up his phone
