Most ladies claim its because they don't want to come across as cheap/forward. But after 3 months, when the guy don knack dem akpako finish, some go still dey form hard to get.

In my opinion, its all nonsense. If someone is on your mind, then call them for God's sake. It only becomes ridiculous when one party does all the calling. If the lady is incapable of buying recharge card on her own without begging, then that's a different issue. But I think that kinda girl should focus more on getting a life than draining her boyfriends' wallets
