The total cost to this point is N382,500.00 Minus concrete and block

I always advise young people to buy and wait even when the think is bush, make sure the land is well documented sha, few year later it will be a city the wont imagine moreover everywhere at a point is bush. Yong people stop partying with your koko regular inflow income think.

you have no idea sir this place now has an Estate gate and within 5 years we have mega buildings no more Bush like you saw in the 1st pic lol u can even see my earth road is now a reinforced concrete rd
