The U.N.A.R is a union pact between nine different independent autonomous republics to form a single super nation

*Each autonomy as control over its territory to a certain level of degree.

*Each autonomy may practise its style of government, religion and law(i.e socialism,theocracy,democracy, etc) but exclude anarchy and military rule.

*Each autonomy as direct control over its resource but must deliver a certain amount of wealth to the union for distributive and maintenance purpose.

*Leadership and offices are rotated to each autonomy every one year without election of the union the only election that is carried out is choosing a leader from the republic that is set to rule( i.e When Republic A is set to rule. the election and candidates must be from republic A, the leadership and offices must be chosen 3 months before the term of predecessor expires.

*Each autonomy as its currency but must value the union's currency which has more power and value.

*Each autonomy have their passport and immigration control to a certain level of degree but the union's passport is more powerful

*Each autonomy must contribute to the military. That is to say must provide a certain amount of troops regardless of a population difference to each autonomy (i.e autonomy A population is 50,000 and autonomy B is 100,000. the certain amount of troops that must be provided to the union is 10,000 troops therefore autonomy A and B must provide 10,000 troops from each side regardless of population difference.

*Each autonomy as its paramilitary but must be of a level of degree (i.e they must maintain a certain number of troops and must not have certain weapons like weapons of war). The only weapons and troops that they must have are of weapons and troops of defense.

*Diplomatic ties and declaration of war to outside nation are controlled by the union but veto and vote power can also be made by autonomies to a certain level of degree.

*The leader of U.N.A.R is known as protector( of the union)


Remember we all need each than ever before lets not fall into the state of divide and conquer why do you think E.U is attempting to rise, why do you think russia is trying to form its formal U.S.S.R power (alliance with china and iran), why do you think the almighty U.S.A is backing on NATOs power. the 21 century game as changed, it seems that the game is. ''A nation cant survive on its own, alliance and pact are the new game even if we are of different worlds''.

This is a nice idea tho,especially when ww3 seems inevitable,i no jst few african nations can last for a while,but a united front can carry small punch.

They will ve too upgrade their weapons(offensive nd defensive),train soldiers d style of modern warfare....

Also each region may have para military like you said a defense force like japan but they should still be under the central government.

1 why dem go divide SW when dem dey united pass anybody for we country. 2 if you look closely at that guy's work its almost perfect why?, he linked biafra to the sea in doing so he had to balkernise niger delta for you guys so you will not be land locked for your trades(smart guy) you should thank him later. But would niger delta agree to that balkernisation?

Nice op! I have always wondered if we can go back to regionalism but as autonomous states under a united union (say United region/republics of Nigeria) like the the UK, but your model is brilliant never could have imagined that.
