Take her to the museum around that TBS area. That's if you want an events based outing. Order Pizza or any fast food. sit under the tree inside the museum after the tour, talk and laugh about things.

You can't spend 10k. Make this around 12pm downwards. From there you can walk down to freedom park. They always have dance and music shows with N200 as gate fees.
