According to the Op she wasn't crossing, she was standing by the roadsside to get transport when the car veered off the road and hit her.

i was also hit yesterday by a lady but i thank God for sparing my life. If una see how i fly ontop of car, surprisingly the lady and my mother were classmates in primary school.

The initial pics says 11:10 pm. So I'm assuming u called 112 just before that time. The ambulance arrived at 1140 so that makes the response time roughly 30 mins.
Now considering the proximity and the time of the day, that's not good enough. A lot can happen in 30 minutes. I hope the ambulance was a mobile ICU. Well, like someone stated, thank God they came Something tells me she'll be fine though. Kudos to all of you that helped out. Once again, well done OP

That might not be a good idea as lifting her without knowing the extent of how badly hurt she is might make her worse. Room should be made for her as crowding may limit oxygen available for her , check her pulse and give some commands to know how responsive she is and to know if she's aware of her surroundings.

Oga a non medical personnel cannot administer first aid to an accident victim. However from the video the lady wasnt bleeding from any orifice hence no need to change her position to keep her from choking but already she was lying down in a good position. She was already covered to keep her warm because she may have been in shock and cold...to me that is the most important right then. I am sure they kept her talking to ensure she remained conscious. So what first aid are you refering to?

Few days ago I saw a car drive past when the traffic light was on red, instantly before my very eyes cameras flashed and flashed. I was amazed. All within seconds. And you won't even know that there are cameras around. His registered number plate will be picked and he will pay for disobeying a traffic light. If this was applicable in Nigeria that hit and run driver would have been caught by now. I am so glad that that an ambulance in Nigeria made it in 30 minutes to pick the lady. It shows Nigeria is getting better. My fear is the receiving doctors, I hope they would be on duty, I hope they will have functioning equipment and I hope they will save her life immediately without asking for money at first. God be with her.
