Secondly, Miracles are not the essence of Christianity. They are just like means to an end. The essence is to be in relationship (i.e. worship) with him. This is lost on many Christians, talk-less of the gullible and the fakers.

I live there , New Mexico to be precise. Yes they contribute and all most all go to less privileged in the society and the government knows about it as they are audited to be sure, and when you pay tithe the government gives you back your money at the beginning of the year.
