firstking01: Oh! I don't reside in PH though - I just visit. Odd that everyone refers to that particular spot as the Slaughter Park/ bus stop and I just go along with it. The name "Slaughter" itself is creepy though. I had preconceived images in my heard when I first head the name. And PH bus stops do not sound classy though. How do you explain "RUMUOLA", "RUMUOKORO" and other such "Rumos"? 4 Likes |

numericalguy: Dude say what you know...Rumu means children. PH is mainly in the Kingdom of Rebisi, and those are the main sons of Rebisi. If you hear Rumu (Ola,Okwuta,Igbo, etc)those are people's names. Ohia is bush and not rumu. 8 Likes 2 Shares |
Re: Mention The Funniest Bus-stops You've Ever Heard by numericalguy(m): 1:23pm On Dec 31, 2015 |
macaranta: Figuratively! Yes. But Rumu means children of so and so are the owners of this bush/forest. See as them PH guys trying to form Yankee as if them no dey chop garri. That's my problem with them. |
