I was referring to the dullard from Daura by the name Buhari. And Buhari still remains certificateless as long as the Army hasn't come out and release a press statement that they've found Buhari's WASC Certificate. Another way Buhari can redeem his certificateless image is by obtaining his result (confirmation of result/certificate) from Cambridge himself and publishing it for Nigerians to see.
