I think Nigerians need to turn their attention to the Judges too, they have set us back for too long and we must put an end to it now.
Buhari is the best thing to happen to Nigeria in this century and we need to take advantage of this precious opportunity that we have to clean up our system and get things working right by supporting the current anti-corruption crusade.
We have been over looking the Judicial arm of the government for too long, and they are the ones that let criminals walk. I think some elements among them are as dangerous as the Dasuki's GEJ, ALAMS, TINUBU, SARAKI et al and should receive equal heat.
We need to compile a dossier of Justices notorious for granting treasury looters bail and frivolous injunctions. When we have their records, we will prevent them from further perverting Justice by making sure no high profile case is assigned to them. We should henceforth pay attention to Judges that cases are assigned to, and raise alarm once its one of the crooked Judges.
The mass media and mass protest are avenues which we could use to show our disdain and put pressure on this criminals, Turn up the heat on Crooked Judges. Below are the names of two Judges who we/Nigerians are better off without.

Justice Abubakar Talba
He fined Yusuf N250,000 for each of the three-count charge. In the alternative, he is to spend two years in jail — a sentence the EFCC considered a slap on the wrist.
Yusufu pleaded guilty to counts 18, 19 and 20 in which he was alleged to have connived with other accused persons to convert N24.2 billion, N1.3 billion and N1.7 billion belonging to the Pension Office to their own use.

Ibrahim Buba,
Ibrahim Buba, a judge of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, he granted a perpetual injuction and restrained the EFCC from “investigating, detaining or prosecuting” Odili’s for massive corruption charges brought against him.

Marcel Awokulehin,
The biggest judicial shenanigans occurred in the case of Ibori, who governed Delta State from 1999 to 2007. He was freed on all the 170 charges preferred against him by the EFCC by a judge, Marcel Awokulehin, of the FHC Asaba. But in 2012, Ibori was sentenced to 13 years in prison by a London court on similar charges.

Join the struggle to make your country better, help rid your country of systemic corruption, you have leaved a miserable life for too long, turn up the heat on all corrupt elements so that your country will improve and you can see what living like a human is like, torch light the Judicial system, they have had it too easy for too long. Join the struggle to make your life better!

More ridiculous verdicts and the names of Judges are welcomed.

Now this is a better way of reconstructing the judiciary than out rightly neglecting court orders, I hope Buhari considers this more reasonable option of revealing all corrupt judges to public than try to act as a dictator.

I understand your point Sir, but doing it differently from the way Buhari is doing it will take far too long and Nigeria may not survive that long.
The tradition of sabotaging justices have been enshrined into the system and our political elite (PDP and APC) have amassed so much resources that it would literally take a war to bring to end these insanity. The hard way is the only way in this case!

I have said it time and time again.
The civil service has to be completely dismantled.
It is cheaper to dismantle the culture of corruption than to try managing that insidious culture.
Use the Georgian example.

THE Russian elites were like the Nigerian elites of today.
As much as he is hated in the West, Stalin single handedly dragged Russian into super power status with an iron fist.
Even Odili's wife got into the supreme Court after her husband earned a reputation in Rivers.
No fit and proper test. Nothing
Just political expediency.

Easy to callout Judges, isn't it? What if the prosecutor is unable to prove beyond reasonable doubt the charges levelled against the accused? While we cast our radar on the judges, we should be fair in our assessment of cases. Everybody has a role to play at the courts. If prosecution is unable to proof a case, we shouldn't cast aspersions on any judge for delivering a judgement we would rather not have. A referee can not award a goal if the attacking team refuses, or is unable to shoot the ball across the goal line COMPLETELY as specified in the rule book governing the game.

May God help us in our quest for a better Nigeria. Amen

what did U understand by rearrested? what's the procedures of rearresting offenders who is/was granted bail by the court? who signed the release documents and rearresting documents? the question is "was there any release before rearresting him? in as much as one wants to maintain neutrality on the case, Fg flopped. the process of release was not carried out thereby FG defiled court orders. Fg could have signed the release documents from court belief and even lure the surety of the suspects to sign their columns. without all the procedures been carried out, FG failed to uphold the Constitution he swore to protect.

It's very serious the level of decadence in our judiciary system. The judges are corrupt too. Imagine granting dansuki a bail despite all the atrocities committed, this is someone that's supposed to have been sentenced to public execution by hanging. It baffles me when we have somebody like PMB in power to help us correct some of the anomalies perceived normal in our society but some useless PDP-sponsored youths trying to frustrate his efforts. Posterity will judge us all.

Its an insult to Nigerians that this so called ''in-Justice'' Abubakar Talba and his likes still remain on the bench after all they have done. This man asked a fat thief who abused public trust and stole peoples retirement benefit to pay a paltry fine of 750,000 after the thief admitted to been guilty and all the NJC did was to suspend him for 1year. If you like to know he has since resumed to continue to obstruct justice.
If you have nothing to say then say nothing!

justify the rationale behind the judgments below.

I would fault the NJC for even suspending him in the first place. What did he do wrong? Provided he or any of the other judges acted within the confines of the law, they have done nothing wrong. If you are not satisfied with their judgements which have fallen within the confines of the law, then I advise you direct your frustrations on the laws dat permits the judges to make those pronouncements
