That Otti promised to defect to APC is not a justification for the court ruling. Th Attorney General of The Federation has this empty ruling in mind when he asked judges to stop giving kangaro judgements. No landmark judgment anywhere. One thing is obvious. Our judges have taken sides. Some are Apc, some are PDP. Some want to align with the president so that they won't be accused of not supporting the fight against corruption etc.
