If increased to 5 bedrooms , 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs, how much roughly will it cost in the places mentioned above?

Do you have more streamline designs without columns and without roof parapet? Those that look like Mediterranean or Florida designs.

The low cost 2bedroom bungalow is for the young men and women out there hoping to own a home and kick-start that process of starting a family. The building is suited for a 50ft x 50ft ( 15m x 15m) plot of land, with 300-500thousand naira that size of land can be acquired in the satellite towns of Abuja with access to 24/7 water supply and very good power supply( suleja, maraba, etc) and many other states in Nigeria. You have parking space for 2 cars and a small garden at the back to support the Nigerian Green innitiative which can also serve as a resting spot for you and your family.
Approximate cost: 3.5-5million naira
Estimated number of blocks-2500 vibrated sandcrete blocks (stone dust) @ 135 per block
Approx. Estimated bags of cement - 200 @ 1480 per bag
Approx. Estimated tonne of sand - 90tonne @ N30,000 per trip ( A trip is 30tonne)
Approx. Estimated tonne of gravel - 30 tonne @ N60,000 per trip
Approx. Estimated number of iron y12 - 80 @ 1250 each

In Ogun state, with basic finishing, foundation and German floor already done. Two beds, 2 toilets, lounge/parlour & ante-room, how much will roughly complete it? Please quote realistically since it is not starting from the beginning. And it is only a BQ to secure a 120 x 120 plot.

can u get this structure with the surrounding for me in yenagoa, the capital of bayelsa state for this amount. In a 100ft by 50ft ladn,how many cars can be packed.
