This is close to the Lekki Tollgate, they are behind the billboards as you can see them from the expressway, I am very positive the person that took the picture took it from either Diamond Bank or GT Bank.

These secondary school students who are meant to be in school studying -didn't deem if fit to "arrange themselves" as they were spotted romancing themselves publicly on Lekki expressway in Lagos. Not minding their school uniforms which would easily give them away, the teenagers relaxed in "enjoying" themselves as they shamelessly carried out the act.
