blood stains on the wall shows entry wound cane from the left side of the room. He wouldnt shoot from the left while holding the gun with the right hand.

The poor thing was minding her own business writing her assignment and taking coke and smoking when her attacker found her. She was shot very close to the wall that's why the blood did not spatter wide. Then her killer created the scene to make it look like suicide. The chair would have dropped her right on the wall and if she fell in its direction.

The character was sitting down considering the level of her height and the blood stain. The chair on the floor also adds to that. Considering she was shot on the head at close range it is also possible the cigarette may still be held stiff. So it is murder!

Don't you guys watch movies? This is definately a murder! Check where the blood splashed and check the hand holding the gun. How can blood and the gun be on thesame side of her body? If she shot herself on the head and she's right handed, then the blood splashes to her left and not the right. Go back to the picture and confirm yourself

Murder!! The horizontally placed chair showed der was a level of confrontation,struggle and discomfort. Also,the splattered blood on the wall was as a result of close range shot.more evidence will emerge wen d victim is placed in a non supine position.Then after the murder, the murderer placed the gun on d victim's hand to make it appear like a suicide!!!

I believe it's murder...if it's suicide, the blood stain won't be on the window cos d gun will be placed at d side of her head not her forehead..so I believed she was busy smoking and doing her writing when she was shot on her forehead, nd she fell from the chair..The attacker forgot that when you fall the gun is suppose to fall from you hand also..

If its suicide, the victim should be in prone or couch position. The victim should be more closer to the wall if it was suicide, and who in d hell would be smoking and at d same time shot himself
A suicide victim wont have much splash of blood like that on the wall! He was probably cowed into that corner when the murderer shot him.

d blood on d wall only points to d fact dt she was shot from d front and d bullet exited through d back of her head. people who commit suicide by shooting themselves point d gun by d side of their head close to their ears. she was murdered and d murderer places d gun and cigarette in her hands. it's not easy to commit suicide as people who do are known to fidget a lot so d cigarette can't be in her hands. and d way she's lying on d ground, only points to d fact that d murderer arranged her thus. having established dt she was shot through d forehead, d impact of d bullet must have thrown her backwards.
