Lol, now this is the height of one being mean! The picture above was shared by a Facebook user who from all indications is very happy with his wicked and cunning act. According to him, the girl didn't say sorry to him when she stepped on him, so in a way of showing his anger, he tangled and tied the girls hair to her seat. Lol... I had to buy water, nd kept it on d chair she wnted to sit. She blindly sat on d chair nd the water splashed all over her butt.
