With each state having staggered elections...that is one by one, APC and Buhari continue to show a lack of capacity and ability. What a disgrace.

Electoral violence was present under the previous admin....and we must add that it isn't INEC'sfault.People have got to stop seeing politicians as the source of their daily bread.

3. The security situation which was stabilized under GEJ, see where we are now. As we speak, cows continue to graze the farms of the people of Agatu unchallenged.

The same crisis was present under GEJ. Benue was burning back then too. Why lie.?

4. With fuel in abundance globally, and at its cheapest, a government cannot provide constant fuel and decent price.

And for the previous 6 years...who forgot to build the extra refineries that we need?

Plus..with oil prices lower than 40 dollars...where is the forex to import?

At least GEJ wisely tried to remove subsidy...which would have ended this issue. Nigerians...unfortunately....

5. And even power, with all Fashola's boast of 6 months and magic, with the fact that shortly after GEJ handed over power, we saw the huge work he put into power, works Buhari and APC claimed was "body language", today, what is the power situation? Simply to build on the effort of GEJ and power Nigeria is now as difficult as attempting to copy a scholar with a very bad handwriting from two desks away.

It took six years for GEJ to imporve power...and most of the power projects were hadovers form OBJ and Yaradua.

Plus....5000MW is not enough for 24 hours supply. That is where GEJ got us....20000MW is the way!

Anyway...GEJ privatised power. Good.

6. A Biafra agitation that has been on since Obasanjo's time through GEJ's, a radio Biafra that has been on and still not one soul dead or 100 by 100 land removed from Nigeria. Not one Nkechi or Chinasa or chukwudi dead over Biafra. Buhari and APC come and they pour fuel on a little fire burning and burning and yet not spreading that other presidents knew to leave well alone. Buhari and APC have calcified Biafra and today it is as strong as ever, manured by innocent blood and the fatuity of jailing a man who came to Nigeria, could not pack a hall, was on his way out and then arrested and now he packs a crowd of sympathisers and her0-worshipper. You hand a people a rallying banner in the person of Nnamdi Kanu. WHAT CAN APC DO WELL?

Have you forgotten how many MASSOBITES died under OBJ? How about the dead bodies in the river saga? GEJ was in power.

7. And now Tompolo is wanted. The Niger Delta is touch and go. Everyone is watching Buhari's next move. Meanwhile, every now and then a pipeline is vandalized. Power drops nationally. The Tompolo that was protecting these pipelines, you are chasing him. The derangement of this government will not let them see that it is the killing of Saddam Hussein and Ghadafi that has destroyed Iraq and Libya. That when you take out a head, like HYDRA, more grows from the offshoot and this time untamed and reckless.

Tompolo that was protecting which pipelines? The ones they were still vandalising when he was the maiguard? Abeg...don't make me laugh.

8. Do I need to even talk about the dollar policy that has destroyed SME's and the economy?

When oil prices fall...dollars to buffer naira fall...so CBN has to restrict dollars so that we do not end up with $1=10000000N!

9. Do I need to talk about how again the EFCC is bungling cases against the accused and that Olisa Metuh and co will walk away free men. That the judiciary will once again show Buhari that they are the boss?

10. And again, religious division is at its deepest. Everywhere we turn, we see partiality towards a religion and the effrontery that will for instance make A MERE EMIR, ban a 13 years old girl from Kano for life after having her pregnant while living in his palace. El Rufai and the president's own body language continues to show all other religions aside theirs is in for a torrid time.

El-Rufai's ban affects Muslims as well as Chirstians. Many Muslim Imams too are up in arms.
Also...all the kidnapping of teenagers happened too when GEJ was in office. Did he do anything?

So I ask WHAT CAN BUHARI APC DO RIGHT? In all the things we can measure, from simple budget passing to provision of fuel to elections, the much vilified past administration did a lot better. So I ask again WHAT CAN APC DO WELL?

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared that the rerun elections in the state have shown clearly who is on ground and who is accepted by the people.
He said the rerun elections have proved that the control of INEC, Federal might, military, police and other security agencies cannot not translate to electoral victories as the people will always resist agents of rigging.
Governor Wike also accused the defeated the Rivers State APC Governorship Candidate, Dakuku Peterside and his defeated running Asita Asita of hijacking results from Isiokpo in Ikwere LGA on Sunday.
The governor also stated that Dakuku Peterside and his security details opened fire and killed an aide to his Chief of Staff, Mr Emeka Woke.
In an interactive session with newsmen on Sunday, Governor Wike said that most military men deployed for the elections were used by APC leaders to hijack materials, illegally arrest PDP and manipulate the process.
He said that the people resisted the attempt by the military to subvert the election process.
"Remember I warned that today's Nigeria is not yesterday's Nigeria. Things that were done wrongly before cannot be done wrongly now. I warned that the people will resist any attempt to rig", he said .
He said that it was unfortunate that the military has been reduced to this level when they will be used against public interest.
He said the number of military men unleashed to intimidate and harass Rivers people is regrettable as they failed to tackle security challenges.
"Now they have the Federal might, Army, Police, INEC and DSS, but we have the people" , Governor Wike said.
On the conduct of the rerun legislative elections, Governor Wike maintained that INEC was not prepared in terms of logistics and planning.
On the issue at the Mile 1 Police Station, the governor said that Mrs Ekwi Adebisa is the girlfriend of the APC Candidate for the Port Harcourt Federal Constituency who framed her abduction alongside APC leaders.

The INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner for Rivers State has been shouting that no result has been declared (not even one) and that a lot of fake results are in circulation. He also said that he is consulting with his team of field officers to ascertain the true position of things. However, PDP has been declaring themselves winner on social media and AIT. They news is not carried by any other media. Even their man's (Ben Murray Bruce) Silverbird could not carry the news. Not to talk of Channels TV. Wike may spare himself the trouble of bragging and may be, latter, shout that the results has been subverted.

What is Amaechi doing in Port Harcourt?

I know he's from the state and can visit anytime but he's not here on official functions. He's not here on ministry's assignment rather in his own words "I'm here until after the elections" meaning he's here for the elections.

Is it not fundamentally wrong? Doesn't APC have a chairman or party chieftains in the state for such purposes. So it can seen clearly that Amaechi stoked the supposedly violence that has engulfed the state today.

Truth be told; Amaechi and Wike were cut from thesame cloth which is a graphical illustrations of the type of politicians we have across party formations.

How then does the Nigerian people get good governance in all of this political shenanigans?

You're right .

As an uplander I never liked the idea of fielding another uplander but when Amaechi was running around disturbing Jonathan's Govt. It was only Wike that stood on his way . If not for Wike, Amaechi with his over ambitious and narcisstic nature would have sold Rivers State to these people that hated us so much but always wanting to have a large chunk of the resources coming from the same state using our leaders as political boy boy.
Wike can have his 8 yrs , after all he has worked tirelessly to tame this our mad man called 'Amaechi'
