Ideye was shut out because he was inactive. We should move on from the likes of Ideye and Ighalo now. Give opportunities to the upcoming talents.

I don't know why people don't want to accept this simple fact.

Porto same level with Galatasaray in terms of country championship medal.

Ofoegbu Chikeluba i think joined Hapoel Tel Aviv...Yellow team

Watched Porto friendly yesterday...Mikel Agu came in at a time.. did not see Awaziem play...i wonder which match owngoalnigeria reporter watched, saying that Awaziem played.

Awaziem started the game..

They have been on his trail for almost a year, so I doubt he would be shipped to the B team, besides, Arsenal and Porto know the reason for the deal; work permit, which he cant get playing for any B team.

The omen is good.

I do not like this at all at all. Why that B team...OMG...THIS GUY THAT PLAYED NATIONAL TEAM...Personally this is not looking good...he should be exposed to top level football...he is our hope in creative midfield after Mikel Obi....He should start getting used to quality match atmosphere..gini bukwa nke a bikonu?

What youth football are u talking about? He is a full professional with Bundesliga experience. Why invest when you have a young player that u have already sold players for?

Full professional How many games has he played over the last two seasons ❓ That will tell you where he is. Consider this is a team struggling at the bottom of the Bundesliga and almost relegated over the past two seasons.

If you cannot make it in this team then there are serious questions about your quality.

Ofcus it is. It even has a richer history but Everton plays in a bigger league(the EPL).

You are normally fair but your position here is biased. What is your idea of being a professional if 13 appearances with 3 starts amounts a youth player to you?
Burnley faced relegation 2 seasons ago. Leicester faced relegation a season prior to their dream run to the title. West ham faced relegation last season. Your point about relegation is invalid. The fact that he can even get playing time when peoples jobs are on the line should tell you something about his quality. Every coach talks him up. He scores the most goals in training. Wolfsburg sold Gomez in the middle of a drop battle and Origi fell behind Victor in the pecking order.

That's why I said he should take the extra control then finish..I hope you do know that ball he missed was barely 10yards out..

We were already complaining about Ighalo b4 this world cup started that he is not proficient in front of goal and he didn't disappoint at all...

I said that too but the defender was onrushing. That was a difficult shot. It takes technique, timing and composure.

Many of those players are overaged. If we move forward with this team, we might do well in Africa or even the world but they will be no benefit at the end of the day.

Akpan Udoh was invited because some of the other keepers were flopping.

You said people don't want to come to terms with the fact that we need to give Upcoming strikers opportunities. But u are the Poster-Oga of sticking with experience so how will that work?

Example Wasiu Alalade that claims to be 18 is closer to 30, if not already in his 30s. Same with Adeshina Gata.

Just check out 18 year old Hamdi Akujobi of Heerenveen and his 18 year old mates at the Nigerian U20s. That guy, second from Hamdi's right with a back pack can't be anything less than 30 years.
