The Owner Of Capital Oil Dr. Ifeanyi Uba, Posted on his facebook page that the biting fuel scarcity has come to an end as NNPC imported cargoes full of Oil. See his Post... This is to inform our valued customers and the general public that NNPC has brought enough fuel cargoes into the country. Consequently, Capital Oil has commenced massive 24hours loading in a bid to meet NNPC's target of eliminating fuel queues nationwide within the next few days.
