Yet another lie. Kidnapping has largely being commercilized in the country right from 2004. If you lived 'in port harcourt and the niger delta area you know first hand that all the white boys kidnapped was released after ramson was paid. The so called militancy began when the government of rivers state and other niger delta state lost control of the boys they gave arms to rig the election. Odili loss control of asari dakubo, ateke , boy loof etc. And the guys began to use the arms for bunkery, kidnapping, assination and theft. In 2010 after the amnesty another group emerged in abia led by osikanko who began to kidnap all sorts ofpeople and place a price tag on them somtimes as low as 50k. These guys were left out in the amnesty program So akpabio argument is wrong
