For goodness sake! Akpabio is very on point. I was in Aba that time, truly u can't drive 1998 model Camry without being kidnapped. Impunities prevailed in Aba then. Keke napepe was virtually the only safe means of transportation in that city. Church premises became garrage for flashy cars since they were not in use. Kidnapping became so commercialized that even Barrow pushers exploited the trend. Everybody became prey to kidnappers no matter how small. Even in some cases #10,000 was also a ramsom.

Igbos will swallow this pill because Akpabio is in PDP. He even justified Niger Delta criminals kidnapping of foreigners. Akpabio has no brain.
