It is not how far but how well,what would have been the benefit of early passed budget that is unimplementable,this has been the tradition of the past govts but Glory be to Allah for the type of President we have now who will never give room for nonsense.To have no budget is better than having a budget that can not be implemented..God bless Baba buhari

Yeah padded and corrupt. That was the reason the President took his time. Gone are the days when we have zombie-presidents who just sign anything given to them. So PDP guys even have the audacity to complain after ruling for 16 years. PDP is the reason why people are used to corruption.
