As an author, I’ve always thought it a good practice to keep track of all my emotions so that when next I’m describing these emotions in a book I’d be lurid and precise. So when I’m angry or frightened or terrified or antsy, I’d take note of my thoughts, my physiological reactions, my mannerisms etc.

Love. Right now this is where I am. I’ve kept it bottled in for as long as I can; but now I feel like I’d explode if I don’t give vent to it. There are some who would say it doesn’t exist. I’m no expert on the subject. All I know is how I feel. And that’s what this post is about.
