Actually this how it should be done:

1. Setting - Mi Account - Mi Cloud - uncheck find devices

2. Setting - Mi Account - Sign out

3. Login to Mi cloud https://i.mi.com/ with your current account & password. Select your connected device then delete device

Hehehe. Are you browsing from shared data or active subscription? By the way, you won't be able to receive calls /sms on LTE only. Try deleting the apn and reboot.
Network has been terrible though.

Etisalat 4G never enter Benin, I had to call their CC to inquire. Though, I ain't sure of GLO's 4G.

I use Glo 4G on my mifi here in Benin,its been on for ages.
