Think of the mistakes our parents made and look for means by which we can avoid such in the future. If the truth is to be said, we see that our leaders have failed and are failing us,but we should never allow that to hinder our good and positive reasoning towards bringing the best out of the future of Nigeria and towards re-branding our name in the global village.

Our efforts and courage are not just enough without our
purpose and direction towards a common goal of rebuilding Nigeria. Don’t let us lose our focus, direction and purpose through greediness, selfishness and nonchalant attitudes. We can’t afford to relax or watch with our jaw resting on our palms. We can’t afford to keep looking without acting on our hapless situation. We have to stand now and fight for what truly belong to us; we have to embrace and right our wrongs and the wrongs of our forefathers. Is hope alive?

Quoting JFK, “to state the facts frankly is not to despair the future nor indict the past. The prudent heir takes careful inventory of his legacies and gives a faithful accounting to those whom he owes an obligation of trust. Yea, you and I are the heir of today, but which kind of heir do you choose to be? Remember, there is always a consequence for the choice you make in life. The progress or the opposite is a choice you have to make. If you selfishly choose yourself over the future of Nigeria, know that the consequence may come back to haunt your children.

I am beseeching and urging all young and patriotic Nigerians out there to exercise more patience. Let us forgive our enemies and the enemies of this nation (who have selfishly lured the wealth for themselves and their families, and are ignorantly selling the glory of these nation for selfish reasons), but don’t let us forget their names. Their names would never go down well in the history of this nation even when a new chapter is written about this nation in the future.

Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa, let us live in harmony and be tolerance of one another. JFK said “tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one’s own beliefs. Rather it condemns the oppression or persecution of others”.

Nigerians be patient, don’t give up, keep your READ MORE ON http://ishopealive..com.ng/2016/05/topic-67-almost-there-nigerians-seeing.html
