Do u have a database of all members of staff of the ministry? Do u know how many hands already touched the memo including that of the signatory ND the secretary typist? Who's going to actually dust for prints? Are there trained personnel or the ministry will hire forensic experts? Against what existing record of finger prints and database will they compare the prints lifted off the notorious memo? Abi they'll take the prints of all members of staff and then start running them through till there's a match?

Very pathetic for an official memo to leak out in an organisation like NBC . May be some people are angry with the minister. The best option would have been to resign anyway. Whoever leaked the memo must be fished out & punished accordingly to serve as deterrent factor to others. Such a thing can't happen in a private organisation. This is part of the rot in public ministry. No more loyalty .
