One of the concerned citizens of this great nation, Nigeria, Bunmi Amosu doesn’t seem to like the idea of been governed by one party system for more than a term or two. If you can recall since Asiwaju Bola Ahmed became the State’s governor of Lagos under this new democratic system of government in 1994, the set of people who have been his successors all belong to the clanship of political descent.

Citing the case of Nigeria’s 16th year of governance under PDP and now the change took over and started exposing hidden things. Bunmi Amosu too would want a change of baton in Lagos State hence his open letter via his Facebook timeline to the former PDP gubernatorial candidate, Jimi Agbaje.

Hear him, “Jimmy Agbaje is considered a brilliant man and I kind of like him but looks to me his brilliance is meant only for when elections are around the corner. Since he lost the governorship election, what policy alternatives has he offered to counter the Ambode government in Lagos? None.

His party, the PDP is dead in the state and needs bright men like him to revive it for a virile opposition. What does he do after each election he's lost? He retires to lick the wounds only to return when INEC blows the whistle again. This one-party affair in Lagos isn't proper. We cannot just swallow APC's prescriptions without opposition.

Bros Jimi, this is not how to win hearts, votes or lead a people sir. Abeg, don't come back in 2019 oooo."
