My country is a funny country. I don't know why we always love to spend money. When BP spilled oil in 2009 and they were sanctioned to clean it up, no party or inauguration was held. I understand that it is historic, but in view of the paucity of funds and current economic recession, there is no need to spend money for unnecessities.
