Normally, i don't reply to this guy's incendiary posts but this one is something else.
First off all, Lagos was in a terrible state of disarray when Fashola came in and so far he has done an excellent job http://www.ft.com/cms/s/2/3d3209aa-8225-11de-9c5e-00144feabdc0.html   States like Osun or Ekiti are even a lot more governable than Lagos so i don't know what you are talking about.
