My first time on shopping online in Nigeria, I don't know Konga could be this good, I thought am gonna get scammed but I was wrong.
My word of advice to them is improve on quality, they stock their fashion sector with too much Asian shoes and clothes.

They were doing well till they allowed praises get into their heads and they started loosing customer values. So just shop on their site.... Don't be a merchant or sell there

there are threads showing scams that recently have been happening on konga. I hope they repair it soon

Good. I plan on purchasing some items from them in a few days but I'd like to know what their return policy is like. Do they accept returns and make swift reimbursement or it's unreliable? Just worried that items may not be as described and then the need to return. Anyone with info on this would be appreciated.

yes, but it depends on the mode of payment u use, some mode of payment doesn't cover buyers protection, check their site for further information.
