Launching such missile to bomb the listed areas by the NDA's will require taking a strategic projection from submarine in the sea or a hovering tornado aircraft to achieve this aim. So where will they get such from except if they are sponsored by powerful extremist which even the deadliest terrorist group (ISIS) doesn't have.
