In which area has buhari not failed?Nigeria should be recovering after 16yearš of pdp bad government not getting worse by the day under buhari's,apc, watch.

Actually if Nigeria did not get very bad before improving I would have accepted that Goodluck tried and it was APC negative propaganda that removed him from power or maybe Buhari was using juju.
What we are seeing now is the negative effects of bad policies of the past.

When a son is good the father will say he takes after him.If that son is bad he will say he takes after his mother. That is the game here.

So you don't support the army looting money during the insurgency, what about those who looted when there was no insurgency when GEJ was not president.
It is wrong to expect thieves to become saint just because there is a crisis.
Looting has been part of the army for a long time, what we are experiencing now is just the consequence.

So what's your point? Civil servants stole since independence and got away with, so those who stole last year should not be punished because many escaped punishment in 1960?

Or because of the insurgent crisis of the past few years those who stole should be granted amnesty to go enjoy the loot? Or looting is part of us so we should do nothing hoping it will suddenly depart from our system of doing things?

As far as i understand laws are put in place to describe what constitutes bad behavior harmful to society, so your point of expecting thieves to become saints does not make sense to me.

Your point for this comment is still lost to me

when Rawlings did the general house cleaning that Ghanaians are still enjoying today, did he spare anyone? was he partial? were there sacred cows? he systematically carried out the surgical operation on both the past and the existing regime at the time in a bid to rescue their economy from hades!

This list is NOT COMPLETE.... and may NOT BE AUTHENTIC!

But even if we assume it is,... out of the 41 Names, l have counted 14, which are NORTHERNERS.
If we assume Nigeria consists of FOUR Major Region:

East (Ibo)
North (Hausa/Fulani)
SouthWest (Yoruba)
Minorities (S/South. Middle Belt, e.t.c)

41 divided by 4 is is 10.25.
So, with eleven as Northerners, even this "unauthenticated" list is still BALANCED.

Someone should point out the Witch-hunting for me............ or is it just another #WAILING Wailers doing what they know best?
