To what degree is each of us a good person? Most of us
probably see ourselves as a generally good person while
recognizing that we occasionally behave in morally or
ethically questionable ways. None of us is perfect, and
there is always room for improvement. Right? Well, I have taken time to look at life from different points of view and concluded that irrespective of what goes and comes in terms of mortality which is the vanishing point of life, being morally, a "good person" has tremendous advantage to your person and people around you.here are some of the importance

1. spiritual and emotional gratification: that wonderful feeling of of freedom from the negative aspects of life.

2. physical manifestation: this is less emphasised because of the rate of immorality in our society today, but truth is, the forces of nature works in favour of those who are morally upright and just.

3. the karma manifestation: irrespective of whatever karma is or our beliefs in it. the world pays back everybody in his/her own coin. before you take that decision to join that cult, remember, you will be butchered one day soon. the choice is yours, like it or not.

4. love and to be loved : everybody likes a good man/ good woman. as we make various decisions in life especially as concerns the moral aspects of life, always know that a man loved by all is a man blessed by nature. the whole world fight for the justice of a righteous man.

5. reputation: if you want to build a good reputation for your self and future children, being a negative vice to the society is no good start so before you pick up that gun to go fight for some politician who has a clean name for himself, think about your future family.

6. life exploration : only and open mind can xplore the secret riches and succes hidden in this our big world, and more to say, a morally open mind, free from all or most forms of personal guilt and/or curses of infirmity. being "good" is the first step of discovering your destiny

7. the right way, always the best way: most Nigerians belive that any/everyway is a way. so we don't mind the extend to wich we go to make money or get money. always remember that money can buy you happiness but joy, never.Money can buy you guards and arms but can never really protect you. to the ladies out there, money can give you a happy husband and family. but will not give you a peaceful home. choose choices wisely and do not sell yourself as cheap as money.. the largest sum of money in the world still can not buy the important things humans desire.

8. a happy end. like I earlier said, irrespective of how you meet your vanishing point, by matyredom, sickness, peaceful sleep. it is a most that we all must die. so why not live a life worthy of remembrance? a life not regretted? ask yourself this question now. if u die today will you die with regrets or fulfilment?.. nelson Mandela and Adolf Hitler are both remembered today but for opposite reasons. salom
