If they want to employ 100% Koreans, so be it! At least Nigeria would no longer import fuel, we would save billions of dollars in forex, we would kiss fuel scarcity goodbye, fuel prices would drastically drop and the trickle down effects would definitely be possitive.

This is a welcome idea by all standards. Let them build first, then we can later worry about who they employ.

I don't even understand some people o they want to build the refinery with their money and investment that will belong to them, they will pay duties to the state and federal governments before they start operations and they will also be paying taxes o and yet you want to dictate how they run their business for them..of course they will employ Nigerians and it's not a must it should be above 90% Nigerians
