I'm in the back and riding an identical police bike.

The irony is that he parted traffic like Moses in the Red Sea but I had to fight my way through.

It's a matter of too many vehicles on a limited road but unlike naija no one is creating their own lanes grin

I'll share a video of an evenings commute later.

1) Speed limit is 65mph
2) I was doing 80mph - that he didn't pull me over and give me a ticket as it is was a blessing / $350 minimum for 15mph over the limit

3) He passed me going over 100mph - any speed over 100mph is considered reckless driving which means arrest, impound of vehicle for 30 days @ $35 to $50 per day storage fees and court fees in the thousands.

So my brother it's best just to let him carry his wahala dey go grin

Once traffic slows to less than 60km/h we (cars, danfo, everybody) start to fan out onto the sidewalk/setback, median and when we're in a really good mood, we take over the oncoming lanes.

We no send!

My next door neighbor is a police officer and I like shocking him with videos of our traffic atrocities in Nigeria grin

You haven't lived as a driver until you look down to adjust your AC and look back up to see the grills of a Dangote truck in your lane about 1/4 mile down range.

You can see as the motorists are well behaved (no horn) grin

Trust me they all want to act out like in Nigeria but police issue here is an expensive one.

But I did pass this Federal Police though. He's not interested in an ordinary motorcyclist, he has more pressing issues to attend to like federal security, immigration, terrorist, etc grin
