Dangote is presently owing N150bil big ones but he comes from the untouchable tribe.
Amcon has taken over the business of Dangote's brother.
You need to educate yourself on what non performing loans are.

Bros, You're Going Too Personal With This. Ben Bruce Is Owing The Bank - A Loan. That's Different From A Governor Owing Civil Servant, On Which Case Nobody Can Take Over The State From The Governor. How Much Do You Have In Union Bank? Is There A Time You've Been Denied Access To Your Money Even With Bruce's Bad Loan?

seunmsg:

There is nothing normal in owing N11billion for several years and refusing to pay while at the same time, mocking others who can't pay staff salaries. A man who cant use his common sense to manage his private business successfully should not advice state governors on how to run a debt free state.

That company no longer belongs to BMB, AMCON has taken over the companies and the assets therein, however , BMB can reach a deal with AMCON, later and the compaNY may be handed over to him, as it is now, AMCON OWNS THE SILVERBIRD GROUP .

Amcon has taken over Aero contractors, Bicourtney and so many other companies.
The shut down was to enable the change of management.
Nigerians need to separate business from politics.

Sometimes I really think every Nigerian needs to be relocated to a neutral place for re orientation. Many who read your post won't understand it. Trying to comprehend asset acquisition is like trying to explain the theory of relativity.

The Bayelsa Senator, however, said he did no wrong in defaulting on his loans.
“There is no shame in taking loan,” he said in a Twitter session.”If I didn’t take loans, I wouldn’t be able to employ 1000 Nigerians.

If your default had killied Union Bank, thousands of the workers would have lost ther jobs and millions of depositors would have lost their hard-earned money- Now that's commonsense.

I think it's very important for depositors to know the current state of their banks so they quickly withdraw their hard-earned cash b4 they wind up in their very eyes.....Na ds kain tins dey discourage me from saving cos Na anoda pesin sweat anoda pesin go dey use flex.....Na WA oh!

The close down of silver bird group because of politics first b4 the loan defaults is a bad way to recover loan.

To u shallow minds, plz note every big business on planet earth today runs on loan.

This why we have the banks ok...

But bringing politics into it, will scare away good business men from taking Nigeria bank loan whereby leading to them sourcing loan abroad which may lead to capital flight and more poverty and unemployment in Nigeria.

So this not abt APC or PDP or OPC or IPOB

I wouldn't want to comment in this but, I just have to.. I dnt know what is wrong with Nigerians, must everything be politicized, must we bring bigotry into every thing... If AMCON doesn't do it's Job, would this Man pay back??... For over a decade he refused to pay back but he collects money from those businesses Tht use his galleria... He collects money from those who do adverts on his TV n radio stations.....so the profit his been making for a decade has just been for himself.... Enjoying himself so much so Tht he forgot he owes the country 11billion Naira..... 11billion Naira in govt coffers if spent well would go along way in providing certain social amenities Tht will benefit u n I....so y r Nigerians defending him??... Plus what mkes him feel pple care about his downfall or rise... All I care bout is if u owe d govt pay up bfre u start castigating d govt.........

Just to clarify, is it possible for the original founders of an organisation to re-possess it after it has been taken over by Amcon? If it is, what are the requirements?

After the liquidation of the debt, Ben Bruce will automatically take back his companies. AMCON came in because they believe it was due to bad management he was not able to pay.

This is the problem with these crooks. It's always other people looking for their downfall, witch hunting them and never their fault.

He blatantly 419ed the taxpayers, lived large on behalf of the Nigerian taxpayers, denied Nigerians the thousands of jobs, schools, hospitals, roads amd bridges can creat, but the crook is saying other people are looking for his downfall when in fact he was looking for our downfall by denying us our money.

Crooks like this man milked and took advantage of the corrupt system he was part of for 8 years as the director of NTA.

We heard about this and we are getting back our leaders money because GEJ ia not the President and this crook won't even bother paying us 1 kobo.

Funny how the hypocrite camped out on Twitter instead of the senate floor where he was sent. He spewa his common sense on Twitter, lectured and ridicled Osun state how to be financially responsible, even offered to send them food to eat as if they are poor beggers while his own state remains in worse condition with half a year of unpaid salary and benefits, while this crook and unpatriotic element remains the most finnacially irresponsible human being, a lousy business man and business owner.

I don't even get the downfall nonsense. We lived large on the N11billion? We bought mansions in California like he did? We sent our children to the best schools in America like he did?

Hypocrites like this buffoon really are annoying, even sad that this man was made a high ranking public official while owing and defaulting on taxpayers loans. Only in Nigeria.

Mr common sense with zero business and personal management common sense. What a sad irony..
