TWO male suicide bombers with IEDs strapped to their bodies, suspected to be Boko Haram members stormed Kusari area near the CBN Staff Quarters in Maiduguri in the early hours of today. One of them detonated his explosive belt, killing himself and three other worshippers. The incident, it was gathered, occurred around 3:10 am on Monday morning as worshippers were observing the Tahajjud prayer session during the Muslims Holy month of Ramadan, MEZIE TIMES reports. Two weeks ago the same area was targetted by two male suicide bombers who were attempting to blow up worshipper in a nearby mosque but intercepted, shot and killed by members of the Civilian JTF.
