The property's current value is assessed at about $3.8 million. This property was bought 9 years ago during the recession. Property values have appreciated tremendously since then (especially in California). I won't be surprised if he paid 1 million or less. Sahara Reporters is intentionally being misleading. They could actually find the actual purchase price (which is a public record) and use that as part of their article, as opposed to using the current assessed value 2 Likes 1 Share |
