Very commendable , in UK and Ireland and if I'm right some US states which experience seasonal floods the police and aemergency service have inflatable boats ,kayaks and canoes to support rescue helicopters deployed when such a situation arises

Come to think of it, if this were to happen in USA, Nigerians will say thats its dedication on the part of the FRSC, and Nigerians will even go to the extent of praising there love for the job.
But now because its Nigeria's own FRSC, they are being laffed at.
