Judging by the depth of that car tyre in the flood, it would have been safer if he had a rainboot on while standing in that flood if he had to direct the traffic

I am surprised dat I am the only one who is seeing the very obvious Photoshop in this Picture.
I am seeing a Toyota matrix and a humma bus in that flood, both of them with their bumpers clearly above the water. Both cars have a ground clearance not exceeding 25cm. Which means that the depth of that water is definitely less than 25cm. Pls how can a canoe with 3 hefty men inside stay afloat on 20 cm water depth? There is sufficient displacement compared to the water mass to prevent it from floating.
And since when do FRSC perform dia work sitting down?

where is their canoe paddling license? where is the canoe headlight and pointers? wipers nko? is that canoe more than 4 years old? if so it has expired. why are they not wearing canoe seat belts? yeye organisation.

u just wrote what was on my mind , dats eye service work in action, use a rain boot , d dept isn't much.
