When flood decides to exercise it's rights, even the president of most developed countries can do nothing about it .

Being ignorant has made Nigeria not reason properly,this type of flood is not man made and so it happens everywhere( if it's texas now it happen recently,would u say such).Yall need to watch international news sometimes,it will help your brains.WHEN RAIN FALLS MORE THAN WHAT ITS SUPPOSE TO IN A DAY,this is what u get because even the drainage can't accommodate such water....
