I doubt this figure is true but if it is true dont forget that Imo state is the most educated state in Nigeria, the amount of well informed individuals there is mind blowing and even in jamb intake the still remain the highest that always write the said exam.

The same way they are represented here is also the same way they are represented in most major cities of the country , living their lives in peace. (except from a few flare ups here and there which is simply normal)

You see as Fulani dey Foooool us all! Every Federal government MDAs has only 1 head. Now, all of these(heads) have their kitchen cabinet. These carbinets have their team. These team have their staff. And these staff have their support staff. Now draw a pyramid-at the bottom , it gets very fat but it is USELESS at that point and that's where the unfortunate fortunate kogi and SE and SS are allowed to occupy. The gate keepers, office cleaners, the gardeners, messengers, drivers etc
A step just above that, we find the staff-the secretaries and their likes. Now , that's for the literate few of the USELESS base occupier, including those that rose to it via 'promotion'.
