On the 30th day of June, 2016, Abia State High Court Osisioma, gave an order restraining INEC from issuing Certificate of Return to Dr Uche Ogah pending the determination of the appeal filed by Governor Ikpeazu of Abia State. What can be made of INEC's action in giving Certificate of Return to Dr Ogah? Disregard of court order or obedience to a court ruling? Your take.
