I get where you are coming from. PDP didn't do Ogoni clean up in 16 years but Buhari came in and started it. How outstanding. Buhari inaugurates one project in the entire Niger-Delta after one year in office. At this rate, Buhari might just inaugurate four projects in the entire Nigeria by the end of his tenure.
